Since the turn of the century, Iran has been a playground for foreign powers. Starting with the Tsarist Russia, German influence, British pseudo-Colonialism, Soviet interference, Arab (Iraqi) invasion, to American interventionism, which later translated to a popular revolution. This resulted in transformation of the Iranian society forever. All of these events, involved many factors, some as a result of supposedly mutual benefit some as aggressive competition by foreign powers, never in a real benefit of Iran and Iranians. Despite the complicated events forming history of Iran and other Middle Eastern countries, one factor has never changed. Hypocrisy of the enemies of Iran and these states. Nonetheless, never in the history have we ever seen a more simplistic view of the world by an American Administration or rather... President. George Bush Jr. labeled Iran as part of axis of Evil, in bed with, of all the countries of the world, Iraq!!! This simplistic view, out of a president who could not point out these countries on the map, let alone know the name of their presidents (we saw an example of this when he tried to recall the name of Pakistani president Musharraf), has resulted in an amusing and yet sad chapter in the history of the world. Just as his father did, he could only see the world in Black and White, Good or Evil, with us or Against us! Some would argue that even a 7 year old has a greater mental ability in categorizing events and people in more than two categories, and distinguish complicated and interlinked situations. However this president, is somehow challenged with this task. He has switched countries and people from Good to Evil back to Good and vice versa, so many times that even he cannot sometimes figure which is which. To help him, we have discovered these excellent playing cards which would help him and his administration in categorizing countries and people. Please note that these Good versus Evil categories are accurate as of October 2002 and may change in the future, depending on the mood and the value of the stocks owned by the members of this Republican administration. If any changes occur, simply cross out the Good, replace with Bad or vice versa. After all we don't want George W. to bomb the wrong people.
